"I took a class that I’m pretty sure will change my life. Emotional Intelligence at Work with Patricia Pippert. I had that moment when you realize you’re in exactly the right place at exactly the right time. All the reading I’ve been slugging through over the past few years made sense, the Covey and Godin and Peters, converged in a synchronicity that would’ve knocked Jung’s socks off. I learned the 5 components of emotional intelligence and completed a little assessment. Patterns emerged. I have some work to do on me, my reactions, my communication skills. This is gonna be fun. No doubt you’ll be hearing more about this in posts to come, right now I’m busy becoming Patricia’s biggest (stalker) fan. Really, a 4-hour class and I was riveted, engaged, enthralled every minute. She was a captivating presenter who spun personal stories into applicable examples and made every point succinctly and with humor. I want to be her when I grow up."
Allissa Haines, Massage Therapist & Education Co-Chair of AMTA Massachusetts Chapter, www.writingabluestreak.com
“I've employed Patricia's training services as a Management Training facilitator on several occasions. I have found her to be one of the best trainers I've ever had the pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable, energetic, and does a remarkable job connecting with her audience. Two thumbs up!"
Cheryl Bane, Human Resources, Kirkland & Ellis
“Patricia is by far the most organized, energized, and capable driver of training inside a major institution that I have ever encountered. Patricia can always be counted on to understand the big picture and then attend to the relationship building, the logistics, and flawless execution of all elements to make a large or small training initiative a huge success. I recommend Patricia highly for your training leadership needs."
David Arnold, Senior Learning & Development Manager, Project Management Institute
"Patricia recently provided business skills development training to a group of legal professionals (of which I was one). She is animated, knowledgeable, well-organized, and communicates the necessary information while successfully engaging the audience. I look forward to further training with Patricia and strongly recommend her for your company's professional training needs."
Tom Ranalli, Technology Services Manager, Kirkland & Ellis
"I have known Patricia for almost 20 years. Over that time , she has been an exemplary training professional. Her platform skills are exceptional. I have never known her to be unprepared. In fact, her level of preparation exceeds anyone that I know. She really knows her stuff. Patricia demonstrated great consulting skills when she was Training Manager in AIG's Cental Zone. She assisted many people with career coaching as well as their soft skills. She should be sought out for her ability to understand organizations and how people work in those organizations. I heartily recommend her."
George Hathaway, 3G Organizational Leadership Effectiveness
“I first met Patricia when she gave a dynamic presentation for Arthur J. Gallagher’s Internship program during the summer of 2007. I quickly learned that she was a fabulous speaker and a talented instructor. Then, during my Career Launch Program I had a chance to get to know how humble and caring she is. Patricia really listens and knows how to communicate with people, whether speaking to one person or to a large audience. She is truly talented, and I am delighted to recommend her as a business colleague and instructor, but also as a friend.”
Miguel Palomares, Account Associate, AJ Gallagher
“Each time Patricia has facilitated her Presentation Skills course at my company, she has wholeheartedly empowered our employees to their next higher presentation level. She brings her extensive knowledge and experience to share with each participant without reservation. If you’re looking to help anyone get to their next higher level in professional posturing, Patricia’s Presentation Skills coaching will definitely deliver the goods!”
